SII Concatel will carry out the maintenance of SAP licenses for Hospital Clinic de Barcelona

The company makes an important step forward in order to strengthen its presence in the health sector due to the awarding of this contract for the maintenance of business management tools from one of the country's major hospitals.

Since 1997, the Hospital Clinic de Barcelona has the SAP solution R/3 to carry out their tasks in the management of business operations. Gradually, has expanded its license with additional modules that have become strategically important for this institution.

SII Concatel, by the means of its subsidiary Vanture corporate Group, will maintain all SAP software licenses and the additional modules of the hospital, ensuring the access to the latest versions of the tools and be able to have a support service against possible incidents and problems with them.

This has been possible thanks to the reliability and competitiveness of our company and our vast experience as a SAP Gold Partner providing services related to the maintenance of the product licenses from the German firm.

Specifically, our SAP consulting team will develop in Hospital Clinic de Barcelona, the maintenance services in Enterprise Support mode  for the continuous improvement of SAP software, implementing new versions of SAP licensed software, packages associated with this support and the technology upgrades needed.

The tender also includes troubleshooting through the access to SAP Notes and SAP Note Assistant Base, counseling support 24 x 7 via the Support Advisory Center, diagnosing problems with Root Cause Analysis 24 x 7 support and implementation the SAP Solution Manager Enterprise Edition for management support to Customer Solution applications.
